Customer Satisfaction

At Green Energies, we place the customer first. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and products. Therefore, if you're not satisfied with our products or service, we want to know about it. Please write to the President, Tony Cervone, at tonycervone@greenenergiesllc.com, and he'll respond promptly to your concerns. Please read our Terms carefully to ensure that some rules of commerce are understood by you, the customer, in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Purchases
 
  • 15% restocking fee for non-kit items.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
  • Sales on LEDs, batteries, books and charge controllers are final.
We cannot guarantee that some items will be in stock or that this site is error free. If we make an error, we will do our best to correct it and to inform you about it. Prices can change without notice due to currency fluctuations. 

Shipping

We calculate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and an approximate price for shipping based on weight and using UPS and USPS services. Choose the shipping option that you prefer, and we will find the best means to deliver your order. If the package size or weight cannot be delivered by your chosen shipping option, we will notify you with an explanation, including the difference in shipping charges. All orders are processed within 2 business days except weekends and holidays. Books qualify for Media Mail rates. Please do not use this option for other products. We cannot guarantee when you will receive a packag
, nor do we assume any responsibility for late shipments. The shipping fees are approximate. If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping fees, please let us know, and we will correct it.

  • US Postal Service Media Mail (4-9 business days)---Use only for Books!
  • US Postal Service Parcel Post(3-6 business days)--least expensive for single items.
  • US Postal Service Priority Mail (3-6 business days)--flat fee for multiple items.
  • UPS or DHL Ground (3-5 business days)
  • UPS or DHL 2-Day (2 business days)
  • UPS or DHL Next Day

Tracking Your Package

We will e-mail you, confirming receipt of your order. You will receive a second e-mail, informing you that your order has been shipped.

When possible, you will receive an order tracking number.

Please note that some shipment methods are not trackable.


Return of Defective Items

We want you to be a 100% satisfied customer. But, please e-mail us at support@greenenergiesllc.com before you return the product.

If you have received a damaged product, please return it within 10 days of the invoice date and we will send you a replacement. You will be responsible for the shipping method and shipping cost for the returned product. We will pay for shipment on the new replacement. If, instead, you choose a refund, there's a 15% restocking fee for all returned products.

Please note that Shipping charges are not refundable.


Cancelling Orders

If you decide to cancel an order, you can do so as long as it is prior to receiving our notification that the order has been shipped.


Credit Card Security

All purchases on this website are made through Paypal, which guarantees excellent security of your credit card purchases. You do not need to subscribe to Paypal to enjoy the benefits of secure online purchases by credit card.

 Other Forms of Payment

You may pay by check. Simply mail us the payment by check after you've entered the order, and we will ship the order as soon as the check has cleared. During checkout, when Paypal asks you which option to choose, use the
Postal Order Form option for payment, and send it with your check.
